Based on the story of the building and the concept of ``SAKE HOTEL'' befitting Nara, the birthplace of sake, we will deliver a journey that will intoxicate you with delicious sake and the charm of the ancient capital. For meals, go to Restaurant Luan, a former dirt floor space that has been renovated into a counter restaurant, where you can enjoy locally produced, locally consumed French cuisine that pairs well with Toyosawa Sake Brewery's sake. Depending on the season, we also offer rare sake that can only be enjoyed here. Enjoy a gourmet experience that can be enjoyed by all five senses as the chef prepares the food right in front of you.
