Please note. ■Dinner■ The seafood of the Seto Inland Sea, the rich nature of the mountains, and the pure Hijikawa River that flows from there. We use Japanese and French techniques to bring out the charm of ingredients produced from the blessed natural terrain. We offer innovative course meals. <Example menu for one day> ・Small pleasures ・Mr. Furuyano's rainbow trout confit with local wasabi ・New onion consommé with black pepper accent ・Poiled fresh fish from Yawatahama with bouillabaisse sauce ・Kurita Farm Roasted Aihi Beef Condiman with Fukinotou ・Tai Meshi Le Ann style ・Strawberry and garland chrysanthemum with the scent of spring ・Bread ・Drink after meal *The above menu is an example. The menu changes every three months and is prepared using seasonal ingredients. ■Breakfast■ Wake up each morning to a nutritious breakfast prepared with fresh local ingredients. For those who are leaving early in the morning, such as on a pilgrimage, we can also give it to you in a bento box. *If you would like a boxed lunch, please let us know by 8:00pm the day before check-in. ■Club lounge for guests only (8:00-22:00) Champagne, red and white wine, beer, local sake, whiskey, shochu, We offer approximately 20 types of drinks, including local juices and other soft drinks. Enjoy your time at your leisure, such as taking a break between sightseeing trips or relaxing after dinner. ■Requirements for staying with your dog ・You can only stay in rooms that say "You can stay with your dog." Please note that other rooms are not available. - Accommodation is free for the first pet and 5,500 yen (tax included) for the second pet. Maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing less than 30 kg (including large dogs), is accepted. ・Dogs are not allowed at the front desk, restaurant, or club lounge. When eating, please leave your pet in the cage in your guest room.
